Balloons and Static Electricity

This simulation explains why a balloon sticks to a sweater. Students can rub a balloon on a sweater, then let go of the balloon and see how it flies over and sticks to the sweater. They can check the charges in the sweater, balloons, and the wall. At the end they should be able to describe and draw models for common static electricity concepts (transfer of charge, induction, attraction, repulsion, and grounding).
