Certain categories of users are especially vulnerable, such as motorcyclists, cyclists and pedestrians.
The European Union aims to reduce the number of deaths by half and so save thousands of lives.
By improving the safety of vehicles and infrastructures and by changing the behaviour of users.
This concerns public authorities at all levels as well as each one of us.
Road safety affects everyone!
